How are they compared to create the square signal in the output? Please, help me Thanks

Click to expand... No, there's no comparator in this circuit. The square wave is driven to node Q by voltage source V1, Qb voltage is generated by the inverter M7/M8. Q and Qb are driving the differential ramp generator.
