I have a Compaq Evo N600c that had liquid spilled on the keyboard and fried the motherboard. I ordered a one and after replacing it the new board would not power up.

With the old board installed or removed the fan will power up and the boot lights will flash. Nothing will power up on the new board. I thought I had a faulty motherboard so I ordered another one but it does the exact same thing, NOTHING.

All three boards are the exact board with matching #s on all three.

Is there something I am missing?

Thanks for any assistance anyone may be able to provide.

John
