CompactFlash to IDE Adapter info needed

Hi

I need to connect my digital camera to a HDD through CF plug ...
This is because I need a lot of memory, like 200GB, so I can connect my camera directly to a notebook HDD for example. And I can´t stop "the mission" to use a card reader...

I found a lot of CF to IDE adapters on the net like this one (the PC recognizes like a normal HDD):

Actually it´s very easy to do CF to IDE adapters... they are pin to pin compatible...

But I need a IDE to CF adapter...anyone knows where I can find any information about this ?? Like voltage translation levels, if the camera communicate with the CF card via ATA mode, and so on...
