Hi guys,

I have a 5MHz ultrasonic transducer (this one) that I want to drive.

Could anybody recommend a compact low-powered circuit for doing this? I imagine I need an oscillation generator, with adjustable frequency to find the resonance point (??).

Thanks

Transducers are cheap.. Drivers at 5MHz with >50Vpp driving a capacitive element is expensive if you haven't done this before.

But you start with a bridge driver and boost transformer rated >5MHz.
