how can I solve this problem when simulate in HFSS V13? Does anyone help me? Thank you!

I suppose you were using Eigenmode solver with PML?

I have similar thing in HFSS 13. Can't figure out the reason.
It calculates one pass and crashes.
When using parametric for phase in HFSS 13, some results can be saved giving coarse dispersion curve.
But HFSS 15 doesn't save even coarse data.

When using PMC instead of PML, everything works well, but with false modes.
