Commodore 1084s monitor with faint vertical lines

Hi fbone.

Do you see the vertical bars when in composite mode ?
I have a samsung 15khz crt that shows this exact vertical bars but only when rgb is enabled, composite and osd menu are clean.
 

Haven't tried composite! As an update to this thread I replaced some film caps and I think it got better but not solved.
