Combline Filter Design Using Ansoft HFSS

Hi guys,

Can you provide me some help on how to design a combline filter using rectangular bars. I have already calculated the size of each bar and the spacing between the bars. I don't know how to use a capacitor and how to use earthing. Can I have a simple example for the design in Ansoft HFSS? I would be very grateful to you if you could help me.
