combine the Darlington

hi

if we want to medel the "BJT Darlington stage" with only one BJT, what is that model.

it is same as one BJT, just the current gain is Beta1*Beta2

your model is an approximate model.

for example it is not true about ro_1 and ro_2.(output resistances of each BJT)

Also the base to emitter voltage will be around 1.4V instead of 0.7V when the transistor is on.
