Pin meaning:
1 - tuning voltage (output)
3 - RF signal from oscillator (input)
2, 4 - ground
Tl1 - reset

this is Diy PLL system with also transistor oscilator and show where is input and where
to conect output.

I forget to tell you that i build one without PLL and work very very stable.
and yes you can change C7 to 5pF or better to 5.6pF

about the tx200, zlatko do you know how to improve the sound quality ???
