can anyone please send me a working circuit of a collpits oscillator from opamp 741? Also plz explain what steps to follow to make our own collpits oscillator using opamp.

Experimental simulation. It looks as though it ought to work.

The op amp output is square waves. The output changes state when C1 crosses 0V. This is the instigator for the LCC resonant loop.

You take the signal from one of the capacitors.

The L:C ratio is thousands-to-1, which is in the range typically found to work in LC resonance circuits.

The lousy old 741 opamp was introduced 47 years ago. It has trouble above only 9kHz. Any half-decent opamp today performs well up to 100kHz.
