Cognitive radio - need some basis and advice

Cognitive radio

Hi all,

I am interested in the cognitive radio area. I want to implement the cognitive radio. However, I need some basis, i.e. a paper to replicate. Otherwise it is not correct to do anything new. I wanted some advise on what paper I can replicate to get the cognitive radio part working?
