Would anyone upload any CMOS model of 0.25um ,2.5V ?

Added after 2 hours 15 minutes:

Where your model come from generally ? From MOSIS?
 

Search the web, you might find some educational model, but just MIGHT

Hi,
Make a search here, some members posted a lot of tech libs 0.18 and 0.25 µm
