Hi,

Does anyone have the book from R.Jacob Baker? i don't understand the meaning of, for example,

Unlabeled PMOS are 30/2
Unlabeled NMOS are 10/2

This is written below each diagram.

Thx in advanced

cmos circuit design, layout, and simulation

I have two books but i dont find :
Unlabeled PMOS are 30/2
Unlabeled NMOS are 10/2

cmos circuit design layout and simulation

This is the other book

This is written below each diagram.
Unlabeled = each MOSFET which has no label in the diagram
30/2 means w=30µm, l=2µm

Oh i got what you meant but the things that i don't know is, the transistor is not shown whether it is a NMOS or PMOS..there is simply no arrow going out or going in in the MOS transistor..

Aren't the bulk connections shown? If not, you could post an image of the circuit, so perhaps somebody can help you.

The diagram in the attachment is the example of a circuit taken from that book..

Hi,

M3,M4,M31,M41 are PMOS and rest of them are NMOS.
You can differentiate PMOS and NMOS with a small circle at the input in there symbols.

Hope this helps.
