Hi guys,

I am looking for ideas to design a CMOS Broadband Amplifier,

Here are design specification:

130nm Technology
-3dB Bandwidth > 10GHz
-Phase 0° for 0 < f <10GHz
-VDD=0, VSS=-1.2V
-Gain: minimum 20dB

and if you have any suggestions/links please post it here.

I think "0 phase shift at 10GHz" (along with, well below) is
setting you up to fail. That says (even at 1 degree) a
end-end chain delay of about 0.3pS.
