Dear all,

Do you have any good materials (e.g. paper or thesis) discussing about the CMOS bandpass filter for 3-5GHz pass band (UWB mode 1 usage)? Could you share it to me? I have no idea about the filter design Very thanks for your helping.

what do you mean by cmos band pass filter, filters are made with wave guide
and passive structures and distributed element structures at microwave frequencies.

I am not sure of your question
 

I mean that the filter implement in the IC (CMOS process). Not using waveguide in the PCB.
