clock frequency for pic 16f84

where can i put the frequency clock for a pic 16f84 i need 4 Mhz frequency using proteus and mplab

i cant do it by making right click on the pic 16f84 in proteus and change the processor clock frequency from 1Mhz to 4Mhz just for trying the program on debuging????? plz reply or i should create an external oscillator?
 

On the schematic, right click then left click on the PIC chip to display its properties.
From the folder browser, you can attach the cof file of your design and set the MCU clock frequency.
