clock buffer vs normal buffer

What is the difference between a clock buffer and an ordinary buffer?

in clock buffer the rise time and fall time of the input and output are the same.... which maynot be for ordinary buffer....

Thank u Mr.A.A. Srinivasan.

Can we replace a data buffer with an clock buffer?

ya it can be done... but clock buffer would be optimised for the transitions and hence there would be more power consumption....
