Class F power amplifier using BJT

power amplifier with npn bjt

I would appreciate it if anyone could help me desing a class F power amplifier using a npn BJT. I am unsure about:
- how to select the bias point of the BJT
- how to make the correct phase relation between collector and emitter
 

I would bias it with class B.
