How can classical class-d power amplifier topology be changed in order to work with 200kHz input? Could you suggest power mosfets and gate drivers for switching around 1-2 mHz?

Are you sure, that the application requires a class-d (PWM) amplifier?

I do not mean audio applications here. It is very efficient so, I thought It may be modified for some higher input frequencies.

Increase the carrier frequency. Efficiency would degrade due to switching losses.
