ckt with voice playback: Dspic30F4011 detailed information

Hello,
I want to build a ckt with voice Playback with Dspic30f Series uC.
Can anyone advice me which is cheapest Dspic30f series to desgin.
I am not sure whether Dspic 30F4011 will work for voice interface.
I guess we need some Codec for interfacing.
I am confused

To make things clear,

I hope this will be the Design

Mic ----> Codec --> ADC of Dspic --->Dspic uC ----> Dac of DsPic--->Codec--->Speaker


what are the requirements for a Dspic uC for interfacing Voice.
can any one educate me.

Hi
I think DsPIC30F4011 will be used for motors control not for voice playback.
It was many others dspic with voice capabilities.
