how ve can have a RHCP with a PIFA??

A dual fed microstrip patch antenna can radiate CP. [ http://www.antennamagus.com/database/antennas/antenna_page.php?dir=10 ] .

I cannot come up with how this can be achieved on a PIFA.

Maybe you can use two PIFAs, which are arranged perpendicularly (and with 90 degree phase shift) to obtain CP.

Nice... I forgot that cutting away a triangle from a patch will give CP.
