hello to all..just one question..is there any co and cross polarization for circular polarization antenna..what plot should i choose in ie3d..e-total,e-theta,e-phi,e-left or e-right?..hope someone will clear these things..
thnx..

in circulrar antenna there is two kind of polarization. RHCP- right hand circular polarization and LHCP-left hand circular polarization.
the LHCP is the cross pol of the RHCP and the opposite.

you have to plot e-left or e-right.

pl

thanx for replying..so only e-left and e-right need to be plotted if the antenna is circular polarization rite?..erm..what is different between e-left and e-right values so we can say that the antenna is circular polarization.at what phi should i plot for co and cross polarization..90? or 0?E-left?E-right?..i have also attached the polar plot of my antenna..hope someone can leave a comment on my result..thanx
