Circuit to amplify a pulse signal

Hello,
I want to design a circuit that can amplify the pulse signal (it looks similar to this **broken link removed** within red coloured region) having a frequencies in the range of 0.5 to 3Hz .For example say if the pulse signal amplitude is 20mV then I want to amplify(without altering the frequencies components) this signal to 1V.
Can anyone suggest about the circuit design.

If you need only to amplify this very low frequency signal, You need only an OPAMP with gain=50. For some noise reason You could add parallel to fedback resistor a big capacitor to obtain cutoff frequence around 10Hz.
