circuit for USB emulator

I want to design a USB Emulator.I m stuck in the control signal generation of the same using VHDL.Can anyone help me by providing any related circuits.

What do you want to emulate, host or device and at which speed? I also don't exactly understand what's the related circuit problem? USB driver PHY is basically defined in USB spec, it normally needs special hardware when you want to have all properties according to USB spec, even with full speed. For reduced requirements, full speed driver could be emulated by LVCMOS tristate buffer.

My problem is .....
I want to emulate TMS series processors using CCS at the GUI.
For that the Emulator interface to design is using USB port.
I want to interface that USB thru CPLD to the processor.
And I m new to this USB desingn also.
So in need of any circuit that i can have a basic idea.
