Circuit for programming SM8952A microconroller

SM8952A is an 8051-based microcontroller with 32 I/O Lines. It has 40pin.
How to program it by either USB port or by RS232 port.
Give a circuit diagram. Please don't give any such circuit that has a PIC inside that have to be programmed. I dont have any programmer.
please give circuit that consist of some digital 74xx IC , transistor, resistor, etc..
