Hi JAMAL JIMI
I'm not a programmer but as i've a programmer in my group i see what he is doing . he simply refer to the datasheet of that MUC and i saw it's dealing with everything in detail !

Best Wishes

I am consulting the Atmel's datasheet can you please tell me on which page the circuit is drawn???

Dear.............
I have programmed an ATmega328p on the simulator and its working fine on the simulator but not working on the bread board.........
What can be the possible reason???

Hi,

You can see a good working circuit diagram of a 328 here.
**broken link removed**

When using a breadboard you can often get poor connections on the fine leads of the crystal and its caps, fitting thicker leads to those 3 parts and keeping all wires as short as possible will help.

Have you got all your Fuses correctly set ?

it can be gang of problems ! which frequency of clock you're using there ? try to do something as follows :
1= add a 100uF capacitor as near as possible with the supply pins of your MCU .
2- if your frequency is high , bread board simply can't suit the aim ! ( it's equivalent circuit instead of HF components of your clock pulse )
3- try to investigate on , connections of your wires on your bread board !

Good Luck
