I'm using Xilinx CIC Compiler IP. Does it cause phase change in the output?

What do you mean with phase change. Phase inversion?

After a quick Google search:

A CIC filter is a linear phase filter.

Thanks. FIR filter with Linear Phase is usually stated explicitly but didn't hear the same about CIC filter output. That's why had a doubt. A google search reveals that CIC filters are a class of FIR filters.

Linear phase is in fact a well defined term (other than phase change). Strictly spoken, only FIR filter with symmetrical impulse response expose linear phase (respectively constant group delay). CIC decimators belong to this class of FIR filters.
