what aspects are in chosing a VGA controller IC for an embedded design?
On what depends the required memory size?
other aspects?
There are controllers with up to 1MB internal memory. For what is it suitable? (for example: Epson-S1D13806 or CHIPS-65645) What is a difference between them, and the high performance ATI/nVidia chips?
If I want to use a graphic icon based menu software in a 1024*768 or in a 320*240 color TFT (windows CE based), so then whats are the requirements for the VGA controller IC?
