CT or a series resistor along with isoamplifier? considering all feature of each solution as cost, saturation, reliability etc. Thanks

At 800A you may find you can mount it near your wiring at some strategic angle or position, with no need to disconnect existing wires.

But a current transformer or current transformer with a hall sensor is a good solution. **broken link removed**
