Choose the rigth motherboard

Hi everybody,
these are the characteristic of the linux motherboard I need to devellop my device. Did someone know a motherboard which can corresponds?
• Optimise for a maximal internet connection ;
• 2 Go of internal flash memory ;
• Ram 512 Mo;
• Alimentation : Very simplify with a consommation < 10 Watts ;
• Processor : 1GHz ;
• a port Ethernet 100Mbits/sec (fastEthernet) ;
• Graphical card with VGA VGA (for screen)
• Jack Ports(output audio and mic)
• unable wireless communication ;
• 4 USB Ports;

Thank you for your reply but I would like to know if I can install Ubuntu or a distro of linux on APC Android PC.

Surely you can install UBUNTU. Only difference is this is an ARM based Motherboard and several distributions are available.
Else you can easily compile a kernel and and apps using buildroot aor other cross-compile environment and install by yourself.
