Hey!
I'am searching for a cheap I/O card schematic. I now i'am gonna have to use an IC chip but i don't now how to upload any code to it so, if that is required, please guide my trough that too.

Hi,
I use CP2102 and FT230 both of them are handy chip as usb-serial bridge. By using such a bridge only you need add some circuit to change serial output to parallel.
