Cheap BGA/QFN soldering service?

Sorry if this is the not the right place for this post.

I need to put a BGA and a QFN onto my board which has several GND planes under the chips. I tried to solder the QFN with a hot air gun but had no luck as the soldering paste didn't melt at all. I quoted online and all those companies charge several hundred bucks. Are there cheaper services available in US?
 

in china it will be cheap, but it will take some time.
