Hello!

I need to design a charger + regulator circuit. I have a Li-Ion battery at 33.6V max/29.6V nominal, and the whole circuit should be able to output 24V and 5V.

I don't need a complete schematic or anything, just ideas that could point me in the right direction. And just so you know, my background is in instrumentation and comms, so I have practically NO experience in designing chargers and stuff...

Thanks for your help! :D

I didnt catch this ?

Hehe sorry for the lack of details. The output of the regulator should be 24V/5A and 5V/2A. And also, I should be able to use the circuit even while charging. Meaning if I plug in the circuit, I would still be able to use the 24V and 5V outputs and the battery should be charging. If the circuit is not plugged-in, I should be able to use the 24V and 5V outputs which are basically stepped-down from the battery voltage.
