Character limitation of G20 module ?

about G20 module,help.

when using g20,I found that the module can send only 16 characters as follow 0-9，a-f
and can not establish tcp link by at+mipopen=1,"10.34.41.10",0

did anyone meet the same problem,and would you like share your experience with me.
