hi,
Is is correct to use two different channel lengths in 2 stage opamp design ???
Will it cause offset ?
I am using 0.18µ CMOS tech.
I am using L = 0.54µ in stage 1 and L = 0.18µ in second stage.

Sure, why not?

Not if used in different stages. Yes, if done with transistors which belong together, like differential input FETs, current mirrors (also for different stages), ...
