He all,

Do you guys know how to change a model from Level=11 that's used by spectre to Level=49 for Hspice to run? Thanks a lot!

Hi,
You have to make sure that the component parameters explained in Level 11 is also compatible or almost compromisable in Level 49 so that you can nullify some characters in level 49 when u try to change the LEVEL numbers in the HSPICE file. Moreover, its also important to make sure that your CADENCE version supports this LEVEL inherently as otherwise a not-supported error would be thrown by cadence when u try to simulate it.Hope it will be of some help to others though this reply is way too delayed for your query.

Thank you very much falcon, I will pay attention to that next time I transfer the model.
