CF745 - EEprom based microcontroller programmer

Hello All!
I have a CF745 which I checked that its datasheet say as "Eeprom based microcontroller 16C5x series". Please tell me how to programmer this and what pinout to interface with programmer. I used Falsh based microcontroller which is programmed by ICSP via Pickit2. Do 16C5x work with pickit2?

As far as I can tell, they can only be programmed by the PICSTART Plus, MPLAB PM3 and PROMATE II. They cannot be programmed by ICSP.
