CEM software for scattering? XFDTD, Empire, Singula, Feko?

I would like to apply some CEM software to compute EM scattering by an ellipsoid.
Any hits which is the most suitable?
What about

Empire
EMFlex
Singula
SEMCAD
FullWave
MEFiSTo- 3D Pro

XFDTD, Empire, SEMCAD are FDTD based. CST Microwave Studio is FIT based (similar to FDTD but not exactly the same). These methods are good for accuracy but are resources consuming for big objects. FEKO is moment method based with UTD and PO and is more suitable for big objects but you have to take in account some disadvantages (minor friendly, less accuracy ...).
