I was wondering how to do cell planning for a specific number of user and coverage area based on GSM?
The information given is as below:

Total number of user: 200K office users
Area coverage: 400,000 meters square
GoS: 2 % blocking probability
Number of call/hour: 2 calls/hour
Average duration/call: (1/60) hours/call
