CDM 16216B 16x2 LCD pin diagram required

hi,

i brought 16x2 lcd of crystalonic CDM 16216B and it seems that it has 16 pins marked 1 to 16... can any one help to let me know which pin stands for what(i,e;r/w, do...d7) ... please help...

if you keep LCD in the front ( i.e.second diagram) then the outer most pin at the corner is pin1 and so on..
pin 1: gnd
pin2 : VCC
pin3: VEE ( potentiometer 10K)
pin4: rs
pin5: r/w
pin6: en
pin7: D0
pin8: D1------------- pin14: D7
pin15: VCC
pin16: gnd
