CCS compiler basic Question??

I want to compile PIC18 but it is generating an error "try PCH"
i have PCWHD

but on Title it is written PCW is there any way to select PCH ??



 

It's very basic indeed. You have to select the target processor family explicitely ("PCH 16 Bit"). V4.057 is an early
V4 version and most likely showing various bugs. You may be more satisfied with a mature V3 version.
