hi all
i am desing the folded cascode fully differential opamp with gian boost.
i need the settling time should be 24 ns. for this i need around 250mhz ugb.
one thing not clear to me that how the doublet are generated in my opamp which can degarde the settling time .
means which pole and zero causing the slow settling.
my mail opamp is folded cascode fully differential ( single stage)
and the boosting opamp is also folded cascode single ended ( single ended)
2.my second query is how to remove this doublets.
regrds
