cascode layout problem

i want to use cascode topology in which i have to short two oppposite pins of ic on substrate, where i used mlin and mcurve below the ic to connect these 2 pins i.e. gate and drain but it harms s-parameter and noise. So i need help, Reply if anyone have good knowledge about layout design so i can further update diagram and more data regarding it.
