i am using auto radiator motor as a fan, and want control speed of fan
 

Use a pulse with modulator driving a suitable power transistor as the collector load
 

can any body share sechmatic??

LM317 is suitable??

Controlling speed of DC motors requires PWM which cannot be delivered by LM317. Also mention the voltage (May be 12 volts) and Amphere ratings of the said motor.
