capture the top five frequency peaks of an windowed FFT signal

Hi all
I've a train of pulses with 2to 3 frequncies in it. I applied hamming window as per the requirement and able to see the peaks of the RF pulse in FFT amplitude spectrum plotting. If for example I've three peaks in the spectrum how to read them and display on the command window.
