CAPL Programming and CAPL Editor

Can we write CAPL program without CANoe or CANalyzer software? is there any sites to download CAPL Editor? 8)

You cannot write,as you cannot compile them and check without them

you can try with eclipse tool, they support but not tested it as we have canoe
