Hi all,

If I have a structure like the one in figure, I would like to know if applying a voltage to the metal layer (Top layer) the electric field can go down to the (Si) layer.
What happen if I leave the Poly p+ layer floating?
What happen if I have excess of charges in poly p+ (so it is charged)? Does it make any difference?

Thank you to all
