running monte carlo simulations in cadence

Dear all,

I'm using TSMC 90nm technology. I would like to run Montecarlo simulations on Cadence to see mismatch effect. I include the "mc" and "stat" sections and use the "nch_mac" devices with enabled mismatch flag. However, the histogram has no spreading "All runs give same output." I wonder if anyone can help me with this !!!

Thanks in advance...

Did you check if TSMC delivered mismatching parameters? May be they're not yet available?
