Can't perform autorouting using Mentor WG2000.5.I

hi

I am using mentor WG2000.5.I could'nt perform autorouting with my tool.I could'nt fix the problem.

Please help me to fix it

Have you ever been able to use the autorouter or is this something that just started happening? If you have never been able to use it, you might not have a license for the autorouter portion of the tool.

Actually I am working with a licensed version (that includes autorouting also).I dont know how to enable the auto router option
