Cannot install MATLAB 7.1 on Windows 7!

Hi All,

I have tried to install Matlab7.1(R14) with simulink on windows7 based PC but I found it uncompatible....the Matlab software package coudn't open..it was working ok with windows XP...
can anybody tell me why that happen?
